Your Health Your Way’s Stop Smoking Service helps individuals quit smoking for good. Experienced in delivering NCSCT aligned treatment programmes for adults and young people (aged 12+), our dedicated stop smoking advisors deliver a range of 1-1 and group sessions. All our interventions are flexible and responsive to individual needs, combined with access to pharmacotherapy. Self-help techniques are utilised across all interventions, enabling a maintained quit and resilience to relapse.
Manage Your Weight
We have extensive experience in delivering successful evidence-based weight management services for Adults, Families and Young People. Our experienced staff deliver a range of NICE-compliant community-based 1-1, group and digital sessions. Our service supports individuals and families to achieve and maintain a healthy, safe and evidenced based weight loss and maintenance. Our approach includes personalised offers for adults, families, young people and maternity weight management.
Our physical activity offer includes community-based 1-1 and group sessions, supporting people to break down barriers to exercise and set achievable and realistic goals.
In addition, our simple messaging for physical activity ‘Just do more’ supports partnerships with local community-based physical activity initiatives and local leisure providers encouraging and supporting people to access support in their local area.
At ABL we deliver a range of community-based 1-1 and group sessions that support people to reduce their alcohol intake. We work with clients to set realistic and achievable goals.
Our highly skilled staff deliver and co-ordinate a range of community based falls prevention sessions, supporting anyone over the age of 55 who has mobility or stability challenges.
In addition, we work collaboratively with local partners and instructors to ensure exercise class quality standards are met and deliver and coordinate professional support for instructors.
